Input is a public policy and technology consultancy. We help organizations across sectors position themselves and build reputation within Brazil's digital ecosystem.

Francisco Brito Cruz

Chico is an expert in technology regulation and public policy, with a career devoted to shaping strategy and leading institutional engagement on digital policy, regulation, rights, and democracy. He holds a Ph.D., a Master's, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of São Paulo Law School, teaches at the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP), and was the founder and executive director of InternetLab, a research center on law and technology.

Fernando Gallo

Partner

Gallo brings two decades of experience at the intersection of technology policy, government relations, and strategic communications. He spent the past decade leading the public policy efforts for global digital platforms (Twitter and TikTok/Bytedance), where he led the companies' regulatory and institutional agendas before the federal government, Congress, and regulatory agencies. He began his career in political journalism at some of Brazil's most influential newsrooms, including Folha de S.Paulo, O Estado de S.Paulo, and Rádio CBN.
